I’m 18 years old and afraid of the dark

I’m afraid of the monsters, the demons, the scary faces(especially) and of being attacked, I’m afraid that they’ll come after me, I’m so afraid that I can’t sleep, I can’t keep my eyes close for a minute because I start to get panicky, even if there is some light, I can still feel this fear, this panic, it’s tiring, I’m tired
